At Why Bars™, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Returns
For food safety and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any products, whether opened or unopened.
Refunds & Replacements
We may offer a refund or replacement in the following limited circumstances:

Your order arrives damaged

You receive the wrong product

Your order is confirmed delivered but not received, or is significantly delayed beyond the carrier’s expected delivery window
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@whybars.com and include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of any damaged items and packaging (if applicable)
Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will work with you to resolve any legitimate delivery issues.
