Thank you for shopping with Why Bars™. Below you’ll find details about how we process and ship online orders.

Order Processing

All online orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the selected carrier.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We do not offer standard international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States and would like to inquire about delivery options, please contact us directly.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Why Bars™ is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in resolving legitimate delivery issues whenever possible.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

In-Person Sales

Why Bars™ products may also be available for purchase at select farmers markets and retail locations. This shipping policy applies only to orders placed through our website.
